Due to popular demand, we are offering the 3rd cohort of this engaging & relevant job-embedded professional learning series again.
Defining diversity and inclusiveness in the context of our continuously evolving cultural landscape is a challenge for educators as we seek to bridge the gap between home and school cultures. Equally daunting is the challenge of meeting the needs of diverse learners with varying socioeconomic statuses, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and learning styles. These sessions will unpack culturally responsive teaching and leading, social justice, and courageous leadership strategies. We will examine what it means to disrupt inequity to create inclusive learning environments and communities through a series of five (5) learning modules. The 1st Learning Module will focus on understanding Culturally Responsive Teaching in theory and practice. Modules 2-5 will provide an intimate space to talk about specific topics with job-alike counterparts to provide solutions and create an action plan for your class or organization.

This training has made a huge impact on me as a parent, teacher, PLC chair, and facilitator. It has helped me continue to grow my CRP, how to deliver those tools to others, and how to continue to make our content relevant to who matters most, our kids.
Dr. Morgan did an outstanding job breaking concepts down. The presentation was extremely engaging and there were many activities that I can apply when training others. Great presentation. I look forward to the next session!
This was a fantastic workshop! I think I walked away with a toolbox to really begin calling out and challenging racist "status-quo" policies that too often fly under the radar in education.
This learning series was amazing and really impactful. The facilitators and instructor made me feel comfortable to share. The instructor brings such positive energy to such difficult topics. Highly recommended!
Patricia was wonderful! I thought she was very engaging and knowledgeable. She made the session personal and split it up with thorough break-out sessions. Thank you!
Awesome course!! A fun, but safe/secure venue for tough conversations; well organized. Dr. Morgan is very knowledgeable and does a great job presenting the material. Thank you so much!!
