Elevate Your Workplace Belonging Initiative

Two people laughing with each other.

Avoid Common Pitfalls of Traditional Inclusion Training!

What happens after the "mandatory training" ends? Will your staff willingly engage in this important work? Will they have the necessary tools to navigate complex conversations about identity, privilege, and inclusion? Will the responsibility fall disproportionately on those who've been traditionally underrepresented in the workplace? And are your team members equipped to facilitate brave conversations that embrace productive dialogue?

Our Lunch & Learn Series provides additional resources to sustain and deepen your organization's commitment to creating a truly affirming workplace where everyone belongs. These sessions are ideal for organizations with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and those seeking accessible professional learning opportunities that can be integrated into busy schedules.
