TELL uses a strategic process to identify ways to propel organizations' effectiveness while maintaining safe and affirming spaces. Through a series of rigorous, engaging, and relevant learning programs, content, and strategies, we supported organizations in reaching their DEI efforts. Our services range from three (3) months for companies that have established plans and need fine-tuning to six (6) month engagements where we create a plan from scratch.

The Aspire. Ascend. Transform (AAT) Program is a six-month leadership development program for executive-level leaders seeking to enhance their organizational effectiveness and build high-performing teams. AAT helps executive-level leaders develop the skills to identify organizational barriers, optimize team performance, and become change agents who drive operational excellence. Through rigorous, engaging coaching modules, one-on-one sessions, and clear development goals, AAT participants examine their leadership approach and address specific challenges in building engaged, productive teams.
