Prices are in USD and depend on the audience size (fees listed are for staff size of less than 50 with a $500 surcharge for an additional 50), the complexity of the project, and the lead time required to deliver your services. We recommend booking no more than 200 participants per meeting.

All non-government contracts require a 20% deposit/booking fee to secure services. Federal Government and State/Local Governments can pay after work is complete if a purchase order, SF-182, or signed contract is submitted within 30 days of service.

We take ACH deposits and checks for all workshops and all major credit cards for self-paced courses and products in our website's "Shop" section.

Pricing includes travel within 30 miles of Metro Atlanta Georgia. When travel is not included, please plan on a travel allowance of approximately $750 for the first day and $250 for each additional day, per trainer.

We run programs during the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time. For special circumstances, we can accommodate sessions outside of the workday for an additional fee.

Our experience is that rushed programs are not effective in helping participants unpack some of these critical topics. We do not recommend less than 2.5 hours for our signature program (Culturally Responsive Organizations) and less than 90 minutes for our themed sessions.

A big part of our program is ensuring that we meet your organization's specific needs. All programs include a 30-minute complimentary meeting to discuss the specifics of the training. Additional consulting time may be purchased if needed, or the program requires major adjustments to meet your organizational needs. At your request, we can add additional time to your proposal.

We offer discounts for educational and nonprofit agencies. The discount is reflected in the pricing under "Educational Workshops." We also offer a 10% discount to nonprofits under the "DEI Workshops." This does not include personalized modules built for your organization. Please review the self-paced or public training courses listed under the calendar of events on the homepage for other options.

Our goal is to maintain long-term relationships with our clients. We work with established clients on a fee schedule that honors our relationship. We usually honor previous quotes if prices increase between solicitation and booking. Prices on quotes are valid for 30 days.
