The Executive Learning Lab (TELL) is dedicated to improving organizations by intentionally aligning strategies, structures/processes, and people. We do this by focusing on 2 areas: (1) Strategic Planning and (2) Workforce Development.

Strategic Planning Services
TELL uses a strategic process to identify ways to propel organizations' effectiveness while maintaining safe and affirming spaces. Through a series of rigorous, engaging, and relevant learning programs, content, and strategies, we supported organizations in reaching their DEI efforts. We help prioritize the distribution of resources and human capital to ensure they are equitable and all members of the organization are psychologically safe to engage in deep equity work.
Our services range from three (3) months for companies that have established plans and need fine-tuning to six (6) month engagements where we create a plan from scratch.
Although we'll personalize our process to meet your organization's specific needs, we usually follow these steps -
- 1 Kick-off meeting (1-1.5 hours)
- Needs Assessment: Quantitative and/or Qualitative Metrics
- Strategize & Implement: Develop the Strategic Plan & Action Steps
- Monitor & Evaluate Progress: Develop Key Performance Indicators
- Coaching Support: Provide Reoccurring/On-Going Coaching & Support
Monthly Retainer Fee Starting at $6,500.
