The Executive Learning Lab (TELL) is dedicated to improving organizations by intentionally aligning strategies, structures/processes, and people. We do this by focusing on 2 areas: (1) Strategic Planning and (2) Workforce Development.

Through customized training programs and targeted skill assessments, we help organizations build high-performing teams, enhance operational capabilities, and develop employee potential to drive organizational success.
TELL uses a strategic process to identify ways to propel organizations' effectiveness while maintaining safe and affirming spaces. Through a series of rigorous, engaging, and relevant learning programs, content, and strategies, we supported organizations in reaching their DEI efforts. We help prioritize the distribution of resources and human capital to ensure they are equitable and all members of the organization are psychologically safe to engage in deep equity work.
Our services range from three (3) months for companies that have established plans and need fine-tuning to six (6) month engagements where we create a plan from scratch.
