You were wonderful. I was so impressed with your energy, honesty, and knowledge. I was worried about staying present on the last day before spring break (and imagined your math class video), but your presentation was so engaging. I am really looking forward to doing this work and to our next session with you.

I thought the [Privilege activity] was a very powerful exercise. Really impactful way to reflect on what privilege's one might have and carry unknowingly and push us to consider what we value most and would fear not having.
- Chase Street Elementary, Apr 2021
This presentation was so well organized and paced, I never felt as if my time would have better spent somewhere else, which is rare :) Thank you so much for the obvious time and effort you put into this for us and for our children!

I cannot get over how powerful this session was. It was amazing to be part of this series with fellow educators. Hearing from colleagues about ideas, strategies, experiences, tools, and resources was invaluable. Additionally, hearing Dr. Morgan speak candidly about her own experiences in the educational setting both as a student and as a professional was extremely helpful because her stories and examples anchored the big ideas we learned and discussed to the tangible work I do every day in the classroom. - MetroRESA, Mar 2021
This training provided some very concrete and easy to follow tools by evaluating how we look through the lenses of race, injustice, prejudice, hate, racism, isms, etc., learning the importance of having those courageous conversation for the sake of working toward a solution in our workplaces, communities and in our nations. Dr. Morgan, thanks so much for this training. As educators, it's imperative, we start the conversations of "racial healing," especially now. Having these conversations within our school buildings can be the bridge for our communities to cross as we become advocates for change in our nation for the sake of our children's children future. I really enjoyed it, and appreciated that you made it fun! It was a safe place and I am much better prepared to deal with uncomfortable conversations. - MetroRESA, Mar 2021
This training has made a huge impact on me as a parent, teacher, PLC chair, and facilitator. It has helped me continue to grow my CRP, how to deliver those tools to others, and how to continue to make our content relevant to who matters most, our kids. - MetroRESA, Mar 2021
Dr. Morgan's kindred spirit is very warm, and welcoming. She has created a presentation that is fun, engaging and interesting, leaving many of the participants wanting more. I loved the fact, that we are learning from each other and utilizing other platforms such as (padlet, and nearpod), in order for us to jot down our shared thoughts. Love the breakout rooms, music and positive energy!! Can't wait for our next sessions.
- MetroRESA, Feb 2021
I love how Dr. Morgan makes herself transparent and vulnerable to engage us in authentic conversations that help move the profession forward when it comes to issues of equity.
- MetroRESA, Feb 2021
Thank you for bringing your authentic self. It was refreshing to attend a PD that was personable, relatable, and engaging. I could see aspects of myself in you, and that representation was so needed! I can tell you love what you do.
- MetroRESA, Feb 2021
These trainings are jam-packed with information and I really liked that we were given practical strategies to take with us and use in our daily lives to interrupt racism and prejudice when we encounter it. I also love that we get a chance to talk with our colleagues in small groups and always wish they could be longer conversations!

Patricia has a keen understanding that the people best suited to do the work of bringing about change within a specific organization are the people that work in that organization. Her presentations are structured to provide us with the tools necessary to do the work ourselves based on our own understanding of our organization's starting knowledge level and specific needs, rather than relying on her outside knowledge or assumptions about our organization to do the work for us as other facilitators often attempt to do.
- NAEYC Jan 2021
This was perhaps one of the best training sessions that I have taken. The presenter did a fantastic job to keep me engaged and she kept the information interesting.

- Rockdale Customer Service, Dec 2020
Thank you so much for such an amazing presentation and workshop. Zoom is a bit slow with connection, but even that wasn't an issue as your sparkly presentation, your way of making the topic so extremely clear, understandable and personal really made me enjoy every single second of it! - Rockdale Culturally Responsive Leadership, Nov 2020
I expected there would be a lot of awkward silence and staring at the floor but the way the content was presented (PERMISSION SLIPS!!) set the stage for everyone to be open and help bridge the big divides.

Dr. Morgan is a great presenter. She has a lot to offer in this increasingly diverse world. It's critical to have these talks especially with what we saw and what's been going on in our nation. We need to give her more time for individualized sessions.

As a black woman navigating even the most “progressive” of places, implicit biases and racist undertones run deep - especially on less diverse teams and departments. Dr. Morgan has such a way of speaking and there was definitely a productive ripple that I saw through my co-workers. I feel confident in advocating for myself and our mission using the technique she spoke on. - Nov 2019 - U.S. Soccer Foundation (D.C.)

Culturally Responsive Pedagogy is a topic that needs to be shared frequently because we can all say we don't have any cultural issues, racial bias, etc., but the honest response is we all do. Dr. Morgan creates a learning environment creates a safe place, acknowledges and celebrates participants feeling, views, and emotion on a difficult topic.
- July 2019, Savannah Chatham (GA)
While arranging the different stages of cultural responsiveness from least to most appropriate, I was reminded of two people in the room who helped me move from culturally blind to culturally sensitive. I immediately reached out and thanked them. I also saw before my eyes the next steps I needed to take.
