The Aspire. Ascend. Transform (AAT) Program is a three or six-month leadership development program for executive-level leaders seeking to increase their awareness of anti-blackness, racial injustice, and critical consciousness. AAT will help executive-level leaders develop the agency to identify and disrupt inequities and systemic oppression and become change agents who can advocate for their diverse teams. Through a series of rigorous, engaging, and relevant coaching modules, one-on-one coaching, and clear coaching goals, AAT participants examine their cultural identities and specific issues that BIPOC face in the workplace. Additionally, they operationalize the core tenets of culturally responsive organizations and cultural proficiency to become influential leaders with an unapologetic focus on racial and social justice.
We offer virtual or hybrid (in-person and virtual) business coaching modules. We provide technical support to assist business owners in improving organizational effectiveness via monthly meetings on topics related to operations management, financing & accounting, marketing & brand awareness, and growth plan.
We offer facilitated group discussions on various Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion topics. This a smaller and more intimate group to have safe space facilitated conversations, build proficiency in reflection, problem-solving planning, and deep inquiry.
