The Executive Learning Lab

Organizational Development

The Executive Learning Lab (TELL) is dedicated to improving organizations by intentionally aligning strategies, structures/processes, and people. We do this by focusing on 2 areas: (1) Strategic Planning and (2) Leadership Development.  


STRATEGIC PLANNING


Through a systematic process, we help organizations define their vision for their future and identify their organization goals, objectives, and action plans. 


LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT


Through a series of Leadership Learning Labs, we provide safe learning spaces for people leaders to develop their skills, abilities, and confidence to lead staff.

Strategic Planning Services

TELL uses a strategic process to identify ways to propel organizations' effectiveness while maintaining safe and affirming spaces. Through a series of rigorous, engaging, and relevant learning programs, content, and strategies, we supported organizations in reaching their DEI efforts. We help prioritize the distribution of resources and human capital to ensure they are equitable and all members of the organization are psychologically safe to engage in deep equity work. 


Our services range from three (3) months for companies that have established plans and need fine-tuning to six (6) month engagements where we create a plan from scratch. 


Although we'll personalize our process to meet your organization's specific needs, we usually follow these steps -

  • Monitor & Evaluate Progress: Develop Key Performance Indicators

  • Explore components of cultural awareness and inclusion. 
  • Develop shared language to discuss DEIB and develop a common definition of Culture, Ethnicity, Racial Identity as a Social Construct, LGBTQIA+, Disability Awareness, Nationality, Privilege, Racism, Implicit Biases, and System of Inequali

Length: 3-6 hour session

Workshop Goals:

  • Explore components of cultural awareness and inclusion.

  • Recognize the traits of an open-minded leader.

  • Evaluate our language and behavior choice to determine if it conveys subliminal messages to our colleagues and employees. 
  • Discuss strategies to be more open-minded at work.

  • NOTE - This lab is for audiences that have NOT taken the Success Insights (DiSC) assessment
