The Executive Learning Lab (TELL) is dedicated to improving organizations by intentionally aligning strategies, structures/processes, and people. We do this by focusing on 2 areas: (1) Strategic Planning and (2) Workforce Development.


STRATEGIC PLANNING

Through a systematic process, we help organizations define their vision for their future and identify their organization goals, objectives, and action plans.


WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

Through customized training programs and targeted skill assessments, we help organizations build high-performing teams, enhance operational capabilities, and develop employee potential to drive organizational success.

Strategic Planning Services

TELL uses a strategic process to identify ways to propel organizations' effectiveness while maintaining safe and affirming spaces. Through a series of rigorous, engaging, and relevant learning programs, content, and strategies, we supported organizations in reaching their DEI efforts. We help prioritize the distribution of resources and human capital to ensure they are equitable and all members of the organization are psychologically safe to engage in deep equity work. 


Our services range from three (3) months for companies that have established plans and need fine-tuning to six (6) month engagements where we create a plan from scratch. 


Although we'll personalize our process to meet your organization's specific needs, we usually follow these steps - 


  • 1 Kick-off meeting (1-1.5 hours)
  • Needs Assessment: Quantitative and/or Qualitative Metrics
  • Strategize & Implement: Develop the Strategic Plan & Action Steps
  • Monitor & Evaluate Progress: Develop Key Performance Indicators  
  • Coaching Support: Provide Reoccurring/On-Going Coaching & Support


Monthly Retainer Fee Starting at $6,500.

Tier 1: Foundation Package

Tier 1: Foundation Package

Tier 1: Foundation Package

Ideal for organizations with established plans that need refinement and additional support to align with their goals. It includes:

  • 1 Pre-developed assessment (up to 5 line item edits)
  • 1 Project debrief meeting or status update (45 minutes)
  • 2 Hours of participatory action planning meeting (i.e., core team strategy session)
  • Max participants: 15

Ideal for organizations with established plans that need refinement and additional support to align with their goals. It includes:

Ideal for organizations needing more in-depth strategic planning, including assessments and focus group feedback to shape organizational strategy. It includes:

  • All services in Tier 1, plus:
  • Focus Group/Listening Sessions (up to 10 hours)
  • 1 Customized assessment development
  • Max participants: 15 (includes 1 trainer/facilitator)

Monthly Retainer: $8,500 (min. 5 month)


Tier 2: Growth Package

Tier 1: Foundation Package

Tier 2: Growth Package

Ideal for organizations embarking on a full transformation of their strategic planning, starting from scratch or requiring a significant overhaul of their current plan. It includes:

  • All services in Tier 2, plus:
  • Town-Hall/Feedback Sessions (up to 6 hours) to gather insights and feedback from a broader audience
  • Strategic Coaching Session with

Ideal for organizations embarking on a full transformation of their strategic planning, starting from scratch or requiring a significant overhaul of their current plan. It includes:

  • All services in Tier 2, plus:
  • Town-Hall/Feedback Sessions (up to 6 hours) to gather insights and feedback from a broader audience
  • Strategic Coaching Session with the Contract Administrator/Key Contact to refine strategy (45-60 minutes)
  • Max participants: 15 (includes 1 trainer/facilitator)

Monthly Retainer: $12,500 (min. 5 month)
