Our experience is that rushed programs are not effective in helping participants unpack some of these critical topics. We do not recommend less than 2.5 hours for our signature program (Culturally Responsive Organizations) and less than 90 minutes for our themed sessions.

A big part of our program is ensuring that we meet your organization's specific needs. All programs include a 30-minute complimentary meeting to discuss the specifics of the training. Additional consulting time may be purchased if needed, or the program requires major adjustments to meet your organizational needs. At your request, we can add additional time to your proposal.
